Ferrellgas is on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team! This position is responsible for being a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner by working with multiple hiring managers and leaders to assist with sourcing and hiring qualified internal and external candidates for their locations. The incumbent will ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with our new hire paperwork and onboarding; as well as drives recruiting activities at the strategic and transactional levels and develops relationships with corporate and field hiring managers to determine short-term and long-term recruiting plans. The incumbent is a point person for candidates and managers and is responsible for building internal and external relationships.
