National Accounts Coordinator

Ferrellgas is looking for a National Accounts Coordinator! Under general direction, this position acts as a liaison between national account customers and Ferrellgas locations that serve them. Requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred) with 3+ years related experience.

• Self-motivated; must employ problem solving techniques on a daily basis and also the have the ability to communicate escalated issues appropriately to upper management
• Anticipates customer needs and proactively identifies solutions while working closely with internal and external customers to ensure accuracy
• Assists other team members when needed; that includes, but not limited to, generate and pursue new business leads and prepare bid proposals
• Produces monthly reports such as usage data and pricing
• Identifies, analyzes and addresses business issues
• Maintaining customer relationship for existing accounts
• Maximizes company profitability

• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 3+ years related work experience
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Solid PC spreadsheet modeling skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
