Ferrellgas is seeking a Senior Helpdesk Specialist to join our growing IT team! Under moderate supervision, this position is responsible for providing high-quality hardware and software telephone support to field and corporate personnel for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. The job involves troubleshooting and resolution of hardware/software error messages, answering questions on how processes work, and resolving truck and handheld issues, etc. All cases must be logged into the workflow system for future resolution or follow-up. This position typically requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field and 5+ years of related experience.
