Overview

This position is responsible for supporting the Fleet Department in weekly reporting and updates. The incumbent will oversee all aspects of new vehicle production, and work closely with multiple vendors to de-conflict issues and maximize efficiency. The incumbent will reconcile information across multiple databases to ensure accuracy and consistency. Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of fleet experience.

Responsibilities

  • Works with multiple builders to manage component and mobile device equipment inventory.
  • Manages and updates production schedule, reconciles it against budget calculations, and tracks new vehicle status from order to delivery.
  • Ensures full compliance with company branding requirements.
  • Develops repair vs retire decision whether repairs or replacement are optimal for aged equipment.
  • Assists in development of Fleet Method of Operation
  • Manages the recall process for all OEMs, logs the information, identifies affected units, and notifies field management
  • Sets up new vehicles in all company systems.
  • Produces and audits fuel reports
  • Produces all reports for fleet department including Budgets, Forecasts, Short Term Rental, Full-Service Rentals
  • Keeps the equipment list accurate across company systems including management system
  • Telematics reporting, maintenance, utilization, and dormancy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience with MS Excel and managing databases
  • 4+ years of fleet experience
  • Experience with vender portals
  • Experience with auditing preferred
  • Experience with budgeting preferred
  • Project management skills
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
