Corporate Intern

Ferrellgas is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Safety intern to join our safety team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with the systems and technologies that support workplace safety compliance, incident report, training, audits, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is passionate about safety, analytics, data management, and continuous improvement. The internship will start in June 2025 and will be fully remote. The duration will be about 10-12 weeks, depending on business need. 

• Gains an understanding of all aspects of the business, with a focus on safety, technology, and analytics.
• Instills and upholds a customer service culture within the district that fosters retention, relationships, and loyalty; and positions the district for increased growth opportunities.
• Partners with key mentors throughout the program.
• Assists managers and staff with projects as assigned.
• Collaborates with managers, supervisors, and other senior staff.
• Follows all company regulations and health and safety codes.
• Learns about conflict resolution and how to address various situations.

• 1+ year of college-level studies in data analytics, or a related field.
• Must be currently enrolled in college-level studies
• Excellent communication skills: written and oral.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Superb attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
