What You'll Do:
Drive new profitable growth by identifying sales opportunities and converting prospects into long-term customers
Build strong, loyal relationships with existing customers to support retention and satisfaction
Collaborate closely with General Managers and Service Centers to support local sales initiatives
Conduct professional, value-driven sales presentations that showcase our services and safety commitment
Maintain accurate customer records and track your pipeline using Salesforce CRM
Manage the end-to-end customer journey from lead generation to post-installation follow-up
Support all business segments including retail, Autogas, and Blue Rhino
Stay alert to competitive activity in your territory and identify strategic growth opportunities
Ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated and consistently met
Contribute to marketing plans and collaborate on regional sales campaigns
Utilize the latest margin and profitability models to guide pricing and proposals
Represent the company at trade shows and community events when needed
Complete special projects as assigned by the Division Sales Manager
Who You Are:
You’re a relationship-builder with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals
You’re confident working independently but also thrive in team environments
You have a deep appreciation for customer satisfaction and safety
You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Teams
You bring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to everything you do
