Overview

The Marketing Coordinator serves as a key liaison between the marketing department and field partners, including General Managers, Customer Service Managers, and Account Managers, across multiple states and regions. This role is responsible for developing and executing local marketing strategies that align with national campaigns to drive customer retention and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the primary marketing point of contact for field partners in multiple regions, supporting both strategic planning and tactical execution of local marketing efforts.
  • Creates, delivers, edits, and optimizes marketing materials used for customer retention, customer growth, and lead generation.
  • Leads and executes a wide variety of projects, including direct mail, email, social media, print media, promotions, and other integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Crafts compelling advertising and product copy for use in stores, email campaigns, digital advertising, and web platforms.
  • Analyzes key marketing KPIs; identifies trends, opportunities, and performance gaps; and recommends optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintains project organization within the department’s project management system (ClickUp).
  • Supports budget tracking and reporting across divisional marketing activities.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and contributes to broader marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or business environment, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in editing and proofreading.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and multi-channel marketing best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) is a plus.
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
