Overview

Ferrellgas has an exciting opportunity on our Corporate Affairs team for a Corporate Intern. As an Intern at Ferrellgas, you will get to work with one of the largest propane retailers in the United States. We are seeking a driven and talented intern who is open and flexible to working on a part-time basis. The timeframe of this internship is on or around September 2025-February 2026 based on business needs.

 

This internship will provide a background of the propane industry, Corporate Affairs, and Marketing field for Ferrellgas to help launch a successful career. During this internship, you will work remotely on various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Gain an understanding of all aspects of the business, with a focus on marketing and Corporate Affairs.
  • Instill and uphold a customer service culture within the company that fosters retention, relationships, and loyalty; and positions the company for increased growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers.
  • Create materials (virtual backgrounds, presentation deck templates, communication templates, etc.) that represent our core values with consistent branding.
  • Additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in college level studies in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
