At Ferrellgas our corporate roles are fully remote, enabling talented professionals to support our field operations from wherever they are. These positions play a critical role in driving business growth, providing strategic and operational support that empowers our teams in the field to deliver exceptional results. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing Ferrellgas operational integration processes, developing strategic procedures to increase the efficiency and productivity of the data streams, as well as evaluating the optimal performance of systems to support daily business functions. This management position will work closely with project teams to oversee and approve the work of both direct reports and other team members who are developing integrations. This position will be the application owner for integration tools such as Boomi and AWS SQS/SNS, Control M, setting and enforcing company standards while also helping to set and meet yearly budget and enhancement goals. Further, the Manager of IT Integrations is the application owner of message-oriented middleware such as IBM MQ. The Manager IT Integrations must have excellent technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
